I placed an order for a Hulu gift card and paid with Zelle. I received the order acknowledgement. 4 hours later, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled. I responded inquiring when I would receive my refund. A couple of hours later, I received an email stating that my gift card was available to download. I am happy to get the card, but puzzled over the misinformation.
