I thought that this was a real Microsoft Company and purchased 10 licenses from them for our work computers. For three days there was nothing sent. I wrote to them and asked where my licenses were. They then sent me 5 out of the 10 licenses and asked me to be patient for the other 5 licenses. I then tried the 5 licenses sent and found that all were already in use and could not be used.

I wrote to them and stated these are already in use and want a refund and they stated that they would not refund me.

I then filed a Credit Card Fraud Dispute and the Credit Card Company is going after them.

Their website looks like it is real, but they are not representatives of Microsoft. They added an "S" after the real Microsoft name and call it "microsoftsoftwares"

Too bad that folks still have to do bad things to steal money when if they put that to good, they could make more money and have a real business. Instead, they are bottom feeders and will always be on the run to avoid getting caught.

Don't lose your money and don't use "microsoftsoftwares" for your software licenses!

Purchased a 12 month supply of Heartgard Plus Heartworm Chewables for Medium Dogs 26-50lbs 12 pack (Green) (12 chews). When the package arrived the expiration date on the package was in two months! Contacted Vet Shop Max and told them about receiving the product that was due to expire in 2 months and they told me there was nothing they would do about it. No exchanges, No refunds as that is their policy! I followed up (this time with an email) and another representative a day later told me they were not going to do anything about it.
I filed a credit card dispute and will get my Dogs de-wormer elsewhere, but BE AWARE, these folks are not the caring pet company they claim to be! Very bad experience!
