It is very convenient to have a place to find replacement parts for most items. My first stop to find the parts rather than even trying the company. On this particular order it took three months to get the product, but this cannot be e-replacement's fault. Even with new products, a wait of months is not uncommon. Oh, another positive I can add, I always was kept informed of my order and knew it was not just sitting on someone's computer.
