I ordered a large bouquet with 2 Mylar birthday balloons to be delivered to her at work on her birthday. Not only was the bouquet on the smaller side, there was only one balloon. I contacted them to let them know I was not happy and you know what? They replied to say that they would send the second balloon to her workplace! Really? It's been days after her birthday and still have seen no balloon, much less an apology, any type of compensation or even an offer of one. Time to find another vendor.
