I find it strikingly impossible for a customer service rep to be unable to make a price adjustment on an item, even after being transferred to her supervisor. I was told that they cant make any price adjustments once an item has shipped and that I would have to return the item and buy another one at the discounted price. This is total bull$#*! and the reps on the phones were completely disinterested and had no consideration whatsoever. This was an online purchase so I was told going to the store was not an option. Never ordering again from this "luxury" business. Your bags cost pennies to make yet a customer cant get a price adjustment a week after they bought the item. Useless. Price I payed $120 USD, price it is now, $90 USD. So its not even worth paying the return shipping and waiting another 3 weeks. Fix your business practices and do right by your customers.
