My daughter was using picnik and asked me to upgrade for one month for $4.95 several months ago. No problems at that point. Today I checked my online banking and they've charged my account. There is no contact point if you have any questions or issues. All you can do is read about similar issues in their 'Help' section and there seems to be plenty of them. There is no clear cut method for viewing your account and although one of the answers tells you how to 'Cancel', I never could find it. The closest I could find was an opportunity to Delete my account. This site looks like it's run by Google-I would expect better. Hopefully, there will be no more charges to my bank account.
