The Iphone was truly in excellent condition. The customer support is great. As a senior, I was skeptical and bought their 2 year extended warranty as a protection, but the phone already had a 1 yr warranty for free. Each phone is sold through a different vendor and Back Market oversees the process so if there is an issue it is resolved easily and effortlessly. I did return one phone that I was not happy with and I had 45 days to return it with free shipping and got my refund easily. The other phone is really great and I highly recommend buying from Back Market. And they even buy back your old phone so it gets recycled!
Tip for consumers:
If you are not satisfied, ask for help on Back Market website and you will get an email response within 24 hours. Fully satisfied with the support after getting help and was able to return the phone I did not like and easily purchased another one. And if you look online you can find a $10 first time user discount code for Back Market. They even helped me get a 2nd code for the new purchase!!!
