I'm done with Lorex. Every time, right after their warranty expires their equipment fails and I'm told there is no leniency and have to purchase new equipment. The first time this happened they upgraded to different technology and our cameras no longer worked correctly and was told we needed different equipment 13 months after purchase. The second time, 14 month in and the DVR/NVR that came with the 16 camera system died and was told I needed a new DVR/NVR which would cost me just as much as I paid for the whole system. The 3rd and final time my door bell camera developed moisture on the inside of the lens and when it dried left it left a film on the inside of lens and now all video images are blurry. They can't help me because my 1 year warranty expired 2 weeks ago. My suggestion to people is get something other than Lorex unless you want to spend a ton of extra money to extend warranties. Their product doesn't last more than a year. The quality just isn't there anymore

Purchased 8 fuel injectors for our 1987 Firebird Trans Am. Got them no problem. Installed them and had problems with the car running rough. Had a certified mechanic look at it when we couldn't figure out the problem and it was determined to be a defective fuel injector. Contacting carid.com by phone and was told that it would take 5 days to review. That was November 5,2020. Called again on November 12th and 19th to be told the same thing again and again. Called again on November 27th and was finally told they would charge the credit card for 1 fuel injector and ship it out the following monday and to return defective part and would get a refund. Called on December 1st and still nothing has been done. Have had to contact the credit card company to try and help us and will be reporting this company to the bbb.

We are truly sorry to know about the complications that have occurred during the warranty process and poor assistance in this regard.

From what i see, the request to proceed with the replacement was submitted on 11/27. Normal turnaround time is 1-3 business days. On 11/30 we were asked to proceed with a refund instead of replacement which caused a slight delay.

At this point, we have sent you an email with instructions to proceed with faster way replacement.
