My first order with this company a year ago went well so I thought I could trust them. I made a new order a month before I had to leave to the airport. I sent a perfectly visible photo but somehow they make my face in the photo very dark and barely visible of any features. They sent a preview photo and sent a response of how bad it looked but apparently they didn't listen because 8 days later I got it in the mail and my face was completely inked out, even worse then the preview photo. What's the point of gifting this to someone of them and a black blob? Anyone working on it would be able to look down and say I should retry because it looks horrible. They only could give half my money back but I was forced to reorder and basically had to draw it out for them. I paid a ridiculous amount for the fastest shipping they had… 11 days later it's still not here and this customer service lady I've been emailing is apparently a robot with no understanding of my situation because I can't get any real help out of her and had to repeat myself multiple times. I showed my friends and family and they too are baffled at my situation. I tried contacting the delivery service but no one will respond. I hate to be that person and I'm not even exaggerating but I'm very upset with this company, I thought I could trust them to do their job.
