George, the customer service rep, has now ghosted me/us. They did send a new batch of stickers "of better quality". This batch actually sticks. That is the best part about them.
I was confronted about my bad reviews - which I stand by and promised an update. Here it is.
We are initiating a chargeback since a refund was promised over a week ago and now all communications have stopped.

UPDATE - This is the communication from this AM. The refund came and it is worth noting that it was billed under a DIFFERENT COMPANY NAME - cheapcustomboxesme.com

George; I don't what have we done so wrong that you keep giving bad reviews?

ME: You provide poor quality, communication, and timeliness. And I had to post that just to get a reply from you. It's the only way to get your attention. You told me it would be refunded over a week ago and it wasn't, so here we are.

If you were on this side of the counter, I'm sure you would be upset also. Especially since we have been waiting for a resolution since 12-2022 on an order placed 11-7-22 and you go weeks without communication. You promise tracking that is never provided. I ask questions multiple times that you never answer. Gee, WHY would I be irritated?

George: I already sent you stickers twice which cost us double shipping amount and double printing and now we have refunded the money so we have actually spent from our pocket to give you stickers and free service. This is not fair to any company!

ME: If it is so expensive to do remakes maybe you should have a better handle on your quality control and product handlers so remakes would not be necessary. I even stated that you should have gotten the first run back to send it back to your materials provider since they didn't even stick. This is the cost of doing business. Learn from your mistakes. (Both batches have been shredded since you don't want them back.)

The product you shipped is GARBAGE. Take some accountability.

Don't blame me because I refuse to tolerate inept product and behavior. Whining to me about your shortcomings won't fix the issue. The issue is not here - it is there. I expect quality for my $$ which you cannot provide, obviously.

Thank you for the hassle and headache?

None - the quality was so poor they were not usable. A total waste of time and resources.

The customer service rep is nice enough to deal with, but he never answers all of your questions completely.

The product is garbage, I ordered decals - they came in beat up and bent. The packaging was not good AND they don't stick. I stuck one on a garbage can to test it, it peeled itself off in less than 5 minutes.

My orig order was paid and placed on November 7th I didn't receive product until December 7. I let them know it was unacceptable the same day they told me they would remake the order. It is now January 18 and I still have not seen the new order and my hopes are not very high for quality.

I have used B&H Photo for YEARS and have never had any issue with them. They make it easy to return product and their policies have always been fair up to this point. While I tend to do my own research each time I have called in I have had a knowledgeable person able to Help with whatever situation I was in at the time.
I would not hesitate to send anyone their way!

Tip for consumers:
If you question an item, just call! The staff has always been helpful.

There is free shipping on some products and the shipping speed and pricing is varied upon what you choose. They do not gouge on shipping.

In short:
So it took a long time to ship, a long time to get here and it was the wrong product which they expect me to eat.
The story:
I ordered sample yoga pants to use for re-branding with my work on the 20th. The product did not ship until the 28th and was not received until the 5th of February.
I contacted customer service because they sent the incorrect product (it does not match what is shown on the website) and they offer me a $3 coupon for a future order. Not acceptable. I emailed them and this is the reply I received today, February 8;
"Hello, We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the item(s) ordered. We could arrange an exchange or a return for refund. As per our return policy, customers are responsible for return shipping fee. Returned item(s) must be in the original, undamaged inside plastic bag and with tags intact. Alternatively, we could offer you a 20% refund without the hassle and cost of shipping the returned products to us. If this is what you prefer, please let us know. If you would like to proceed with the return, our mailing address is as follows: Name:Arch Ebusiness (Geeko) Address:******* Marlay Ave City:Fontana State:CA Zip code:******* Country: US After shipping the items back, please send us a photo of the receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight of the package and the tracking number. Thank you for your support and understanding. Customer Service Leyla"

It is not MY fault YOUR PEOPLE sent the WRONG items. I am still awaiting a reply. It may end up in a chargeback due to their incompetency.

I chose this wholesaler in hopes of finding our yoga pants, this is the ONLY one I have found at a true wholesale price with seamless pockets.

My advice; Steer clear - non-english speaking help and expect their customers to pay for their mistakes.

We have used Sam's Club for our business for YEARS, I have never really had an issue with them, mostly when there is an issue, it is because they are understaffed and cannot handle the influx of people that come in at once.
Their online service is easy and convenient, just select a pick-up time and your good to go, this system beats the instore pick up by leaps and bounds, before the curbside pick up you had to try and find a kiosk... sometimes then a manager. Then just go to the customer service desk... it was a fiasco.
Getting fuel and in-store purchase is pretty easy also, no big deal.

Tip for consumers:
Use the curbside pick up! Its fast and easy, no crowds!

Great Product, perfect delivery, ZERO customer service.

I WANT to give them good ratings but alas, the first phone call after spending over 1k was fruitless and they were unwilling to help source parts to complete my project.

THEN I receive an e-mail with 'incentives' to spread the good word about Appliance connections and the response from the admin when I attempted to call her attention to the mistake of asking me to post was that of;
"The incentive is for positive reviewers.
The report I received is emails and the rating of the reviews which shows are 3 stars and up. Not sure how you received the email. "
Sorry, I am not interested in your bribe for good reviews. It makes me think even less of your company now.

I would go with someone in your local area that is willing to help you if there is a situation because Appliance Connection obviously, will refuse to be of any assistance. Wish I knew that before I placed my order. Now you do, make a better decision than me!
