In 2023 around June, I found a charge from freeshipping.com on my bank statement due to a notification from my bank. I reviewed it and contacted my bank. And stated that I had no knowledge of this company and why it was charging me 19 dollars a month. The charge was disputed and I reviewed my bank statements for several months prior. I found that I had a charge for 3 dollars and a recurring charge of 19 dollars for the prior 3 months. I had not heard of this company and did not authorize a recurring charge on my debit card. I contacted the company and got the runaround and told my membership was canceled, due to my bank refusing the charge. I filed a complaint with the BBB and was contacted and refunded the 3 prior charges. The 4th charge had been refused by my bank. I refused the company offer and demanded the refund of the initial 3 dollar charge. The charge was refunded and I accepted the resolution. Do not use this company, as its practices are deceptive and unethical. This is a scam
