DAMAGED BATH DELIVERED FROM RAK, WRONG ITEM PICKED AND NEVER DELIVERED. HOURS ON PHONE AND NEVER ANSWERED. HOW CAN THEY GET SO MANY GOOD REVIEWS ITS NOT POSSIBLE. QUOTE FROM BLOKE WHO DID ANSWER A CALL ONCE BY ACCIDENT AS "Ooo i was walking by and i never normally answer calls" spoke to SAM tooo many times to count. FAILED PROMISES ONE AFTER ANOTHER. THANKS FOR NOTHING. GENIE PLUMBING
