My experience was disappointing in so many ways: 1) The customer service - I was curious to try the shoes as the description sounded like it would work well and bought the warrior shoes, which are a bit pricey and happened to be on sale. They didn't work out (see 2), so I emailed oesh that I needed to return them. They said because they were on sale, they couldn't be returned and directed me to a small link at the bottom of their site with their return policy. Well, that would have been good to know BEFORE ordering them and no where in the purchase process was I informed of this. I've experienced with other companies that if Items are on clearance, discontinued, etc. that sales are final and it clearly says so, but I did not expect this for this purchase. I offered to pay the additional $15 full price so I could return them, but no. I then sent in an outline of the warrior sole and my foot and asked which shoes would actually fit. Long story short, their customer service had me try two other styles that didn't fit and pay additional shipping, so now I'm out $135 for a pair of sandals I'll never use. 2)The Shoes - Oesh claims their shoes are made for a natural foot shape, but they really aren't. I first tried the warrior, then the salons, then the sandals. The uppers are a flexible weave, so that fits well, but the soles of the shoes are horrible. The warrior sole was very narrow, so when I stepped, my ankle rolled as the outside of my foot extended about 1cm over the sole. The salons, in the next size up per their customer service recommendation, were also not wide enough and the heel slipped. Since all the closed shoes would have the same problem with the sole and I couldn't get a refund, I tried the sandals. This time, the sole was wide enough at the toes, but not in the mid-foot, with nothing under half the arch.

I returned a few items that didn't fit and they emailed me that one returned bra was not accepted because it was worn and had spots on it. I wore it for all of two minutes trying it on and there was absolutely nothing on it when I returned it. They would not show me a photo of the bra or send it back to me unless I paid an additional $10 shipping fee after I already paid extra to return it. I have called and called and emailed and emailed and no one is even getting back to me. Horrible customer service.
