I ordered 4 pair of shoes; it took 6 weeks for me to receive them, and then they were all different sizes! Not one of them was the size I ordered, and the ones that stated they were leather were not; they smelled really bad of chemicals. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. When I tried to return, they just sent cut and paste answers and beat around the bush without any real communication or way to reach them through phone call.

none, and there is a refund policy, but they do not uphold it if you do not harass them with emails.
