I tried to place an order using GrubHub and the order was blocked but $123 was taken out of my account. I contacted grubhub the next day to correct the issue and they told me I would have results in the next 48-72 hours but it has been over a week and a half since the incident and nothing has been resolved. No refund, just $10 off my next order like that makes up for $123 being taken out of my account. The $10 off means nothing because why would they think I would use this service again after all this confusion and frustration? Grubhub playing with my money, literally unacceptable.
