In a weak moment one night I ordered what was slickly advertised as a Free Sample for a $12 delivery charge. Then I started to google reviews & horrified that I would be charged $109 monthly after 14 days of not returning. Immediately 1hour after applying, I phoned customer service(number out of order) and then emailed a firm "stop and desist" my order of only 2 hours ago. No answer for a few days saying free sample on its way and try another #. Phoned again, told I needed a RMA #, & they would get back to me with that # in 24 hrs. Never did. Phoned again, furiously demanded the RMA# & will not get off phone until they gave it to me. This center was in Florida. The phone centre before was Ireland. I rushed my return Free Sample Express post to Wilson St. Toronto. My postman photographed my parcel with RMA# as proof. Waited for the worst scenario on my next bill. Surprise! Only billed $ 12.31, However, the 2nd bill showed $146 due! And for that charge (which I had already cancelled) they sent no product but just a charge of $146! For 3 days I phoned to demand new charge cancelled. They confirmed my return free sample arrived on time(I kept my tracking #) But they Said they couldn't read my RMA # on package at warehouse so billed me $146 for nothing! He asked "Do You need some money now? I could refund you 30 % now if that would help" I said its NOT your money- I want ALL of it cancelled! He said he had to take it to management and they would get back to me. I asked for manager's name and # repeatedly. He Said no, I would hear from them. This conversation went around in circles. I knew they wouldn't reply as they haven't before. I threatened lawyer, BBB, going to Social Media. Nothing worked. Like talking to a Robot. Next I phoned my bank, they gave me credit on my bill for the charge. They have taken it to dispute with this Shyster company. I will know in 6-8 weeks if Visa wins. "No news is good news" they say. Changed my credit card as I don't trust these Creme Cons to charge again next month. To think "Dragon's Den" promoted this company big time. Tried to reach them but no contact info. They have to be exposed.
