I called this organization three times within a 10 day period, plus I went to their website and sent them an email concerning a Kanger EVOd 1000mAh battery that was faulty and would not charge. I had just spent $162.00 on items (which included this faulty battery) and you would think they would respond to one of my attempts to contact them. Forget getting ahold of anyone by phone and maybe they will return your call if you are trying to place an order. This is no way to run a company. I have owned a business for over 15 years and the very first thing I do is return phone calls, especially if that call concerns a proplem one of my clients are having with a product they purchased from me. Don't expect this to happen with AllKanger.com. I gladly take the $12.99 loss just so I can review them and warn others about this organizaiton.

Don't! There are too many organizations selling similar products that are reputable.
