“Ruined my hair”

I received a sample box of #600 neutral light brown from toolbox circle and was so excited to try it. Big mistake! I already had light brown hair and after following the directions exactly, my hair turned DARK BROWN. I can't believe his dark my hair turned out. It will take me years to get back to light brown. I will never use L'Oreal again!
