I'm a Re/Max agent and they used to manage lead generation for them until a few years ago. I never got many leads but they claimed to be so much better, so I agreed to use them for 6 months. 1st month, nothing. Complained and they gave me a second zip code. Still nothing. Complained and they assisted with using a Concierge service they offered. I could connect other lead generation into the site and they would assist with managing and follow up. That was a nightmare. They would try one time and never touch again. That was worthless. Continued to complain and tried to cancel month 5. They convinced me to pay and that they would work to assist me. NOTHING! CRICKETS! So I refused to pay the last month. TODAY I got a collection letter. Really? Going to call and pay it but they never once advised that if I didn't pay, it was going to collections. That shouldn't be allowed. You shouldn't be able to write off a contract amount that never performed in the first place. I should complain to the IRS. That is fraud!
