I bought 12 skeins of Naptime yarn from Lion Brand website. I got the yarn promptly enough. It is a chenille type yarn. It's soft as a cloud. Problem is that you have to spend more time untangling the mess of knots than you do crocheting. And it doesn't matter if you do an outside pull or an center pull, it's just a tangled mess.
I placed an order on March 10th and on March 14th. Neither order has been shipped or even processed. I tried the online chat to find out what the problem is and if I will be getting my orders. Online customer service was of no help at all. Looking at the items I ordered there is nothing on backorder to explain the delay. They got my money via PayPal. They got paid so I want and expect my merchandise. Was a happy customer up until now. Not sure I will use again.
