My granddaughters loved the boxes. They say they will ship 2-3 days after order. I ordered as a Christmas gift last year... no communication for over 4 weeks. I asked for the first order so I could wrap it for a gift. It was sent to THEM, not me, after Christmas. This year I ordered an advent calendar on Nov 5. It is Nov 19 and still hasn't shipped. Obviously an advent calendar is needed by Dec 1! They have no phone number to call and when you send an email and it takes days. Many back and forth emails asking for info I already gave them. I don't have days! I sent the order number and then they ask for all that info again! Don't bother. It's a shame because their products would do well. I thought I had Christmas taken care of. The headache of their customer service is NOT WORTH IT!
