“Unusually disappointing experience this time”

I've used lensabl many times and have been very satisfied. This time, I sent 2 frames with 2 separate prescriptions (distance/near progressives for driving) and (intermediate/close up progressives for computer and reading). One pair is great and the other is clearly way off. The computer/reading glasses are more the distance prescription and the bifocal area is such that I cannot read either close up or computer distance. Such a bummer...
