I was gifted 2 firm standard/queen pillows 5.5 yrs ago, I love how they wash & dry. I was buying pillows every 3-4 months, having said that, these pillows never go flat! I've slept better with these pillows than with any other! Best pillows I've ever laid my head on! The 10 yr warranty is great. I've discovered other products on their site & so far I'm happy with every purchase! The customer service is great, quick & knowledgeable!
Tip for consumers:
The slippers say to get a half or full size bigger but the larger size was too big, I sent the slippers back & got my regular size. The slippers were a tad tight but I believe that's to be expected because the slippers are leather they will stretch! My slippers were a tad tight at first but within 2 days fit perfectly. I think 1 size larger is too big, you don't carry half sizes so that makes it difficult to get the correct size the 1st time. (At least for me)
