Worst experience with an online company. Who cares if they have a great product if you can't create it? I have contacted them at least 5 times in the last two days trying to find a solution for not being able to upload or create new products on their site. I've explained to them that I have tried different browsers and cleared the cache. I have logged out and then logged in. I've turned off my computer. I have tried everything I can think of to reset their site. I've told them this, and I've sent pictures, but still, they respond with - they don't understand what I am talking about. They won't acknowledge that there is even a problem because it works on their end. They seem not to understand what I am saying. In their responses, they change my words around. And offer no solutions. Nor do they seem to care about solving the problem. So, if I can't upload my images, then I can't create products, and I can't transfer the product to sell on Etsy. I would NOT recommend Gearbubble.
