I have been with Life Points when they were called My Points...I have done both online and mail in surveys for years...this morning I received an email stating my membership has been deactivated due to 'terms and violations'. I have written a letter to Lightspeed Panel, Life Points' company and request an investigation and immediate reinstatement of my account...I have over 2000 points and was trying to get a Pay Pal payment for a least a week until this happened...I'M UPSET!

Been a participant for about 10-15 years... usually get Pay Pal about once a month... do not have to wait long to get paid by them (about 3-4 days)
