I also had a really bad experience. The website states refunds are easy. NOT true. When I contacted them because the sizing was way off, they told me there was no such order number, yet it was the number on my invoice. Then I tried via my email address and was transferred to someone who hung up on me when they learned it was a return. I waited a few days and tried my order number again but still they had "no record". I also tried to initiate a return on their website, with the same result. Sadly it cost me $400. I am beyond upset because I don't have that kind of money to throw away!
