I purchased a bathing suit from this site. When I received it, it did not fit and I needed to return it. However, when I reached out to them, they confirmed I had to send the suit back to CHINA! Yes, CHINA! The shipping from USA to CHINA is MORE than the bathing suit!

I purchased a Sherpa pull over for my college daughter for Christmas. I am always hesitant to order clothing online as it is difficult to determine the fit and the potential hassle of needing to return the item. The Sherpa pull over prove to be just this. The item did not fit my daughter properly. I went online to Unxpectd's website only to find there is no return policy and no customer service. When I clicked on the box "contact us "it continue to circle me back to their general email. As with other reviews, there is no customer service with this young, teenager company. So, if you want to spend a lot of money on a piece of clothing that you will never wear because it doesn't fit correctly and then you have to keep it because the company is not set up correctly and does not offer any customer service, then, by all means, purchase from this company.
