NEVER AGAIN! Cayred is NOT USA company & has shoddy women's clothing. No "contact info" except email. (Located in DUBAI) They offered $14 credit for $80 purchase! After 5 e-mail's & negotiations, their final offer was $40! Return shipping & customs is expensive. BUY USA!
Tip for consumers: Two red flags: No location, contact info on website (just email); Shipping took 5 weeks! Definitely NOT USA company. This means NO RETURNS & FULL REFUNDS; only tiny 10% refund offered.
HORRIFIC SERVICE! CHINA COMPANY. It took FOUR MONTHS to "resolve" with only partial refund, after spending $65 to ship return to China. They should pay ME for the TIME I spent in correspondence.
Tip for consumers: I fought for refund through American Express & got PARTIAL REFUND after spending $65 in shipping/customs to CHINA & hours in correspondence. Took 4 months!
