Contacted BBB ( Better Business Bureau) BTW had a hard time doing it on my phone has to use my computer to file. Within one day FedEx notified me that my product is now shipping. Well see if it's in good shape. So in total 12 days TWELVE to get product. It's not actually here but I trust FedEx. That's only with the BBB on my side. I wish I could give them a hug! I already posted a few days ago about my product not being shipped "only label mad
