I placed an order for 2 marshmallow beds for my cats over a month ago. My order shipped from Singapore to the United States August 21st and I still have not received my package. Easy Pet Life customer service support did respond to my initial request regarding status of shipment because customers cannot track their shipment themselves. If you click on the blue tracking number, it does not give you the most recent information. EZ Pet Life told me weeks ago that they are working on fixing their tracking service as, currently, only they can see the latest tracking status. I told them that if I didn't hear from them about my order I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. That was two weeks ago and they emailed back that I didn't have to "threaten them" because they are a Canadian business and guarantee delivery. YET THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY REQUESTS FOR ORDER STATUS in TWO WEEKS! They have over $100 of my money and are ignoring my requests for status of my order, now over 1 month! They're a bunch of thieves! They don't even have a customer service number or an address listed. They need to be shut down!
