Really bad that this company advertises available product and then takes your money knowing they cannot ship. You have to contact them several times to get an refund while they keep saying not to worry, shipping soon. Too bad because the product is great but their customer service/advertising is misleading. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet or had a complaint filed. This happened to me twice.

Tip for consumers:
Update your website to reflect that you may not receive product. Offer a discount on these orders you keep messing up. You’re losing customers.
