Just recently discovered LightintheBox and I LOVE IT. The selection is great and their prices can't be beat - the best. The shipping is very quick, usually within 24 hours. If you have a problem, customer service is there to help you out. I certainly have no complaints.

Tip for consumers:
Don't be scared. It's a terrific site.

Had two Visa gift cards, one for $25.00 and the other for $50.00. Found a top on The Shopping Channel that I liked so I called them to place an order using my two gift cards. The item cost just over $74. After giving the customer service rep the numbers and info for the gift cards, she stated that everything was good and that the order would be shipped - that was June 28th. With that, I disposed of the now used up gift cards. Well now The Shopping Channel claims they don't have any numbers for the said gift cards and want the numbers. I told them they were destroyed. To sum it up the customer service rep did me wrong. Now Ibdon't get the itemI ordered plus I'm out $75.00 in Visa gift cards. This is a real slap in the face after having shopped there for years, but I know one thing and that is to NOT USE GIFT CARDS AT THE SHOPPING CHANNEL. Their staff are not to be trusted!

I placed an order the other day because it said 15% off EVERYTHING. So you put the item you want to purchase in your cart and there's an area where you enter a Promo Code to get the discount which shows up when you go to pay. The system accepted my Promo Code, which it won't if the Promo Code doesn't apply to your purchase. Well to sum it up, I went to pay for my purchase and the discount wasn't applied 15% may not be much, but it covers the price of shipping which in a lot of cases is a big deal. So be careful when TSC says it has a discount. You may not get it?

ORDERED THE FIXMESTICK. MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR THE ITEM. WAITED AND WAITED SOME MORE. BEING A PATIENT PERSON I WAITED MORE. THEN I STARTED TO GET E-MAILS FOR RENEWAL. WHAT? A RENEWAL FOR SOMETHING I NEVER GOT. THEY CLAIM THAT THE ITEM WAS ACTIVATED. HOW CAN SOMETHING BE ACTIVATED WHEN YOU DON'T GET IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. DO THEY NOT GET A SIGNATURE FROM THE CUSTOMER UPON DELIVERY?
THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU CAN KISS THE ITEM GOODBYE.
BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU PLAN TO ORDER ONE ON-LINE FROM THEM AS YOU PROBABLY WON'T GET YOUR ORDER.

I've had nothing but good shopping experiences with Sammy Dress. Their website is so easy to use. Their products are great along with the sizing which is a problem on some sites, but not on Sammy Dress, they cover a larger variety of people. Even with having to pay the shipping, the prices are comparable to other sites.
Good place to shop!
