Several issues. Purchased a washing machine for a good price (the reason they got 1 star) but the service was awful. They scheduled delivery and removal of my old machine promptly, however, when they arrived the men said they could not enter the house because of COVID-19. I understood that but was never told they would not be able to come in thus they had to take the machine back and reschedule for when they can come inside. The stay-at-home order has since been extended so will they even try to deliver it on the rescheduled date and will they still not be able to come inside? Who knows because trying to call their customer service line is a joke. No one answers and you are put on a lengthy lengthy hold (45 min) and no one ever does come on the line. I finally gave up after two tries. There is no email contact so of course you are stuck with no resolution. I will not be purchasing any appliance at Lower ever again.
