I was initially impressed, especially with the value and had some good online customer service, but now I have a problem and its been 24 hours and a bunch of ignorant CSR's are telling me to login on a locked account. 24 hours later and many steps tried and it is still locked and I cannot move the account from an Iphone esim to an Android esim phone.
Clearly their error. Description is "towels". Picture is 2 towels. Ordered them and got one towel. Customer service reply is just return the goods. Yes I have a return lable. I am 6.5 hours and 4 hours from a store, so due to their erro I get to make a trip to the post office after prepping a package. The goods came in a bag not suitable for reshipping/returning, so up to me.
