Probably depends on what you're ordering, but my experience was awful. They initiated a shipping notice after 3-4 weeks just to placate me, but it's 3 weeks later and the item still hasn't shipped. They said FedEx isn't picking up due to COVID, an obvious lie. I asked why they couldn't use another service and they said only FedEx services their warehouse. Fishy at best. Customer Service, well, I'm not sure there is any. A snippy lady takes you name and phone number and then suggests emailing them. No one ever calls back. Emailing gets you nowhere, so it's all an obvious runaround. Sure, the prices are nice but only if you get the product. Oh, and that's another thing. They charge you when you order, not upon confirmed shipping. So I'm out $800. Live and learn. I hate lowlifes.
