Message from USPS same as March 7..."Shipping Label Created" "USPS awaiting item, March 7,2017, 5:22 PM. Today I have made 4 phone calls (each time getting some answer service) and sent 3 emails... NO reply to calls or email. Customer service doesn't exist! National Animal Hospital is a JOKE!
