With the new fee updates to include processing and service fees to buyers and sellers, they have joined the ranks of many others. The problem, they do not measure up to the service of others in customer service, protections, and technology. Goodbye Mercari. Thanks for making other platforms the easy final choice. Even with degraded services, you were priced decently. I was planning on keeping the service just to buy and not sell, but you attacked both buyer and seller on new fees. Which executive came up with that idea?
