This is completely a unfriendly place to shop as a consumer with compete out of date returning methods. I made the mistake of ordering one wrong part, opened the box and installed it. Cannot return... Stole my money. You are better going to Best Buy, Micro Center or a similar place where they offer FREE returns on all goods opened and unopened between 14 to 30 days. Don't make the same mistake as me. All Superbiiz is good for is price matching.
