I placed an order for a jersey on November 3rd for the game I am going to on December 10th. Boy was I wrong that 5 weeks would be long enough to receive my order in time. Terribly disappointing.
The item was "in stock" and was supposed to ship on November 12, and be delivered by November 21. I kept receiving emails that it had been delayed, and started getting nervous I was not going to receive my product in time for game day, which defeats the entire purpose of my order. I called their customer service the first time on November 22nd, and was promptly assured it would ship the next day. After receiving two more emails saying it was delayed, I called back the following week and the person I spoke to told me it wasn't shipping until December 4th. In my opinion, the first person I spoke to completely lied to me. I wanted to cancel my order and buy it from a credible company that will actually ship to me in reasonable time (should have ordered from Sportchek in the first place!) I was told I would not be able to cancel my order, but I insisted each email I received saying my order was delayed also said "If I chose not to wait I could cancel The order any time." After speaking with her manager, she agreed to allow me to cancel my order which had not even shipped yet after placing my order 3 weeks prior.
Will definitely never order from this business again, and I will be telling my experience to anyone thinking of ordering from them as well.
