Once 1st order received satisfactory which was less amount, I placed 2nd order which is higher amount. In 1st order I had an international number, I received order without any issue. On 2nd order same phone number, Team asked me to provide India number, I provided. Customer service is poor quality and rude staff. They are taking too long in responding. End moment I requested for the refund, team is refusing for that and blaming me rather than accepting their delayed response.
