Purchased the off road all back hoverboard for Christmas. On Christmas despite despite me charging the device all Xmas eve the right motor wasn't working therefore the whole item was ineffective.
I immediately emailed the company who advised a number of things I needed to do. Once I had done everything they asked they wanted further proof it wasn't working so I had to send in a email with a video.
During this time they decided to change email address from.co.uk to com therefore no one was helping me anymore and a few months went by when I come across the hoverboard which is not gathering dust. My daughter is petering me now the weathers better to get this issue resolved. After a week I'm finally speaking to someone and have been advised they will send me a new motor which I need to install myself! Ridiculous! And also wait a month! Or if I want a full brand new hoverboard I need to pay £50 in delivery when I already spent 500 on this item which never worked. Now you're saying that the fault happened after 30 days even though my intial contact to you is within the 30 days! I will seek citizens advice and take this further it's disgusting
