Numerous emails lied about unshipped item, then lied about refund policy. Their 50 bucks savings and alleged "ready to ship" BS has cost me hours trying to get a refund. Calls to their 866# result in an answer 8 rings later followed by "hang on," then a hang up. If you need Rochlitz' address, reach him at 1361 51st St., Unit 2 Brooklyn NY *******. I wish I had not glanced at this review site's supposed good reviews of decorglamour because the hundreds of other horrible experiences reported online align with my own.
Products used:
My item was not shipped. Decorglamour lied several times that it had been. As a contractor, I don't pass along lies to my clients.
