This is my first somatic workout plan, but I am amazed! It is so easy to do, yet so effective, I do it 2-3 times a day, or whenever I feel tension in my body, and it feels amazing afterwards, just like returning from a vacation. I sleep better and what I love most is that it helps reach the rest and digest state immediately. I ve never thought I d could feel so good without hard workouts in the gym or lots of cardio.
Also,with stress gone in minutes,I can be more in my feminine energy, more connected with my soft side. I m really loving it!
