I was able to purchase a 1 month subscription and apply the license to the app I downloaded on my Mac. Unfortunately, the app wasn't able to solve my problem as my iPad was already bricked due to a hardware issue. My main issue was trying to cancel the recurring subscription because I was being prompted for my credentials and getting a bad response when I clicked on retrieve username/password. I had to call customer service to cancel the service.

If you use the “proceed to checkout” and it isn't a lifetime license, please tell us your order ID and the email address that you used to make the purchase, then we will cancel the subscription for you.
