“Lowe's 3rd party delivery service”

Lowe's delivery service is now coming out of Louisville, Ky and people of Mexican decent with bad english is delivering for them now. This delivery service cussed me and hung up the phone on me. I still have no appliances because THEY can't read a DAMN MAP! They could have called and I would've been able to tell them that they can't take the short cut because of a clearance of a tunnel! However, they didn't bother to call until they wanted to say they couldn't get through the tunnel and would not deliver because they had other customer deliveries! What about my delivery! I will be canceling my Lowe's card and to say the truth if I could cancel the whole order I would due to who they have delivering for them. They suck!

Tip for consumers:
Lowe's needs to take their delivery service back in house! There needs to be some way to contact Lowe's corporate and let other people know about the 3rd party delivery service!
