Easy ordering, good Paypal option, pictures of item were very clear!
I have ordered multiple items from Grommet. But now I have a problem & no return calls, emails, etc. No customer service, horrible!
Tip for consumers:
Find the item elsewhere, they're not that unique & if there's a problem you're out of luck with The Grommet, they won't resolve it.
Products used:
The manual food chopper until it broke in 6 months w/ minimal use. No one responds to emails & you can't reach customer service. Totally uncaring company, won't buy again.
