In these days of no customer service, where people are forced to have "chats" with machines if anything, I want to commend Peepers for exemplary customer service. First of all, I called to talk about a refund and got to speak to Katie, a real, live human being. That already was a plus. Katie helped me make an exchange, making suggestions for glass styles and facilitating the process. I was not charged a return fee or a restocking fee or a shipping fee or the new styles. And, believe it or not, when I happened to mention that I was disappointed because they were not offering a style of glasses I had bought in the past, Katie hunted down a couple of pairs after we hung up and sent them to me as a gift! With a lovely hand-written gift card. I also loved the fact that you can view yourself wearing the glasses, so that takes the guess-work out of the selection process. That's why I said, "Five Stars is not Enough." It's sad how rare it is now to be helped by a fellow human being, and one who goes out of her way to actually help you.
