Merchant claims to be U.S. based. They are not! They are a 3rd party and product is inferior. I purchased what they claimed was a "comforting/calming" dog bed and free shipping, etc. Their "ad" said 5-7 days and I did get the product after a month, but it is basically garbage. Instead of "shag carpet", it's slick, and very much synthetic and feels weird to the touch. Supposed to be like a "donut" and I bought an XXL supposed to be more than adequate for my dog's size. It isn't and the middle part has firm, hard lumps where the filling is inadequate or far too much, as well as the outer "rim" lumpy and in places, no stuffing or filling at all! The company says I got the "correct product", and after numerous e-mails and photos, have offered me a "10%" refund, which is insulting. This was not an inexpensive item! One of my cats seems to like it, but my dog refuses to even walk in it without being forced, and immediately jumps out again when I remove my hand.
