Bought 2 T-shirts for Xmas gift for my grandson. I ordered the biggest size available, which is actually 2 sizes larger than usual. What came is very much smaller, barely fits and extremely poor quality material. It is basically garbage and a waste of money. Merchandise came from China and that was not mentioned on their site.

Tip for consumers:
Company's website is extremely vague and several pages of nonsense information and basically does not give direct instructions for anything. There was no link to requesting customer service to ask for an adjustment or return.

Merchant claims to be U.S. based. They are not! They are a 3rd party and product is inferior. I purchased what they claimed was a "comforting/calming" dog bed and free shipping, etc. Their "ad" said 5-7 days and I did get the product after a month, but it is basically garbage. Instead of "shag carpet", it's slick, and very much synthetic and feels weird to the touch. Supposed to be like a "donut" and I bought an XXL supposed to be more than adequate for my dog's size. It isn't and the middle part has firm, hard lumps where the filling is inadequate or far too much, as well as the outer "rim" lumpy and in places, no stuffing or filling at all! The company says I got the "correct product", and after numerous e-mails and photos, have offered me a "10%" refund, which is insulting. This was not an inexpensive item! One of my cats seems to like it, but my dog refuses to even walk in it without being forced, and immediately jumps out again when I remove my hand.

Got a quote based on model # of a 4G smart phone and submitted request for kit to send in. It went thru and no acknowledgement. Upon contacting "customer service", I was told they couldn't find my order and to re-submit. Then I was told there were TWO orders. I was then sent TWO e-mails with TWO tracking #'s and again, contacted customer service and told to use whichever one I wanted. They got my phone, said it was "different" and gave me a "revised" quote. After days of arguing, I finally accepted their offer. Then 3 days later, I got an acknowledgement. 3 days after that, I had to contact and threaten to file a complaint if not paid. I got paid within hours of that... FINALLY.

We had a manager review your order transactions and see that two orders were placed for the same item so we have cancelled and closed out the duplicate order. In terms of the Shipping Kit never reaching you, we send those directly to the address provided during the checkout process and then rely on the USPS to make final delivery. If there were any issues on their part, we apologize on their behalf, but we are always available via phone, chat or email to send a kit directly with tracking once an address is confirmed. In any event, your device was sent a revised offer from $12 to $5 because the model you indicated during checkout did not match the model we actually received. Your item was received on 12/31/2018, inspected on 01/03/2019, and the new quote was accepted by you on 01/09/2019. We then promptly issued your payment directly to your PayPal account on 01/11/2019 for the revised amount. We appreciate you trying our service and hope the next time we can provide you with a better experience. Thanks again for the opportunity to buyback your old products.
