Everything is great, except when I entered a coupon code, all my card info went away, and I had to add it all again.
Easy to order, comes fairly quickly, but if they don't fit, you can't return them. I wasted a lot of money until I figured that out. It's too bad because I LOVE the clothes!
Quick and easy to order
I found something I really wanted, but I needed an address. The next day after I found the address I went back, and it said, "cannot find this." What? So I sent an email. "We'll get back to you in 24-48 hours." It's been four days, and no response. So I called. I sat on hold for an entire HOUR and finally gave up. Seriously? I understand that companies are short-handed. But this is beyond the pale. I will never try to order from them again. And I suggest you do not either.
