I just feel there are two sides to every story. You say you purchased the items in March and the merchant has not changed. I purchased two items in June 2012 and another two in Sept. 2012. The items were all great and I received them in less than a week after I paid. It seems when someone is upset they tend to tell everyone but when someone is very satisfied nobody hears about it.

I don't know this person but have dealt with her site and have always been treated with the utmost respect. The last two items I purchased she accidently charged me $1.50 too much. Before I had even received the items she had refunded me the $1.50.
